Real estate is my passion. I got involved in real estate as a homeowner and investor before I became an agent and broker. A home is one of the largest investments you make in your life, and I help my buyers find that first home, flip or investment property, with a keen eye for eventual return on investment. I also help sellers get their properties ready for sale, with advice on how to de-clutter, spruce up and/or stage them to get a better price, as well as when to accept an offer or counter it. I have a Master’s in Business Administration degree, and I’m good at crunching numbers and analyzing investment properties and loan options. I’ve done considerable research and analysis of government census and market data for the Sacramento area and other metropolitan areas across the U.S. I also specialize in condos and foreclosure properties, having bought and sold many personally.
