I have worked with Rich as both my agent/broker and my property manager. He got me into escrow on the purchase of my rental condo right before I had to leave overseas for work, and he helped me get everything in order before I left. Rich is a pro’s pro – to be a great REALTOR® you have to know negotiation, how to write the right contract depending on the situation, and you have to be well-connected and persistent to find the ideal house for your client. Rich did all of that to a “T”. As a lender who sometimes does complicated loans (down payment assistance, renovation, reverse) as well as easy ones, I can say I look forward to working with Rich again. This was a condo, which requires extra docs up front, which he promptly forwarded (without having to be asked) like he’s done it before a bunch.
